CMX WM-U200C UHF Wireless Microphone System

The CMX WM-U200C UHF Wireless Microphone System is designed to provide clear and reliable wireless audio for professional PA and sound reinforcement applications. Its dual-channel receiver allows two wireless microphones to be used within the same system, making it suitable for presentations, meetings, stage performances, announcements and other events.

The system operates within the 640–690MHz UHF frequency range and provides 100 adjustable frequencies per microphone, for a total of 200 available frequencies according to current product specifications. This gives users flexibility when selecting suitable operating frequencies for their installation.

The receiver features an LCD display and a tabletop/1U rack-mount design. The system supports Handheld and Bodypack microphone configurations, allowing users to choose a traditional handheld microphone or a bodypack setup with a compatible lavalier/headset microphone. CMX also lists the WM-U200C as suitable for speech, announcements, meeting systems, religious gatherings and live performances.

Audio performance includes a 30Hz–18KHz frequency response, more than 85dB signal-to-noise ratio, less than 0.5% harmonic distortion, and more than 100dB dynamic range. The receiver provides balanced XLR outputs for channels A and B along with a mixed 6.3mm jack output for connection to mixers and PA systems.

The microphone units use 2 × 1.5V AA batteries, with current listings specifying more than 10 hours of microphone battery operation. The package also includes rack-mount ears, providing additional installation flexibility for professional audio setups.
